We always want you to be happy with your Posh Shoppe Purchase. Didn't find the perfect size or style? Don't worry. Just contact us at information@iheartposhshoppe.com, and we'll streamline the exchange process for you. If you'd rather a refund, that's absolutely fine too.
What’s your return and exchange policy?
You have 14 days from delivery
to return your items for a refund.
You have 30 days from purchase
to exchange your items or for sale credit.
*All items purchased on sale are final sale
Posh Shoppe accepts returns that are dropped off and scanned by USPS up to 14 days after the delivery date. Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with their original tags attached.
Returned items incur a $15 restocking fee, which is deducted from your refund. This covers the shipping, processing, steaming, and folding of the garment. Final sale items are non-returnable.
As a small business, we need to be vigilant about the condition of returned pieces (we hope you understand!) We reserve the right to refuse returns if any items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition i.e. items are stained, washed, worn, or have odors. Returns received that do not meet our return policy will not be refunded.
