FREE SHIPPING ON US ORDERS OF $100 OR MORE
Orders of $100 or more before tax and shipping within the United States, with delivery addresses in the United States, ship for free. Free shipping is with standard shipping or either USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. Free shipping may not be available during special promotion or sale periods.
USPS FIRST-CLASS & USPS PRIORITY
Typical transit time is 2-5 days. Hawaii and Alaska may have longer transit times.
USPS OVERNIGHT EXPRESS
Overnight or 1 day delivery to most US addresses.
USPS FIRST-CLASS INTERNATIONAL
Yes, we ship to internationally! Rates and transit times vary depending on destination. Please contact customer service if your country is not available in the drop down menu during check-out.
UPS SHIPPING SERVICES
For customers who prefer the extra security, we offer UPS service. Rates and transit times will vary.
*All orders take 24-48 hours to process. Orders will ship AFTER our standard processing period. An order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday may be delayed another business day. Please consider processing time when selecting your shipping service.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We believe in easy exchanges and refunds as being a part of a great shopping experience!
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
-without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
-within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed; please contact us!)
-unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the store is not at fault. Original sales receipt must accompany exchanges and returns.
On free shipping items, there is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
At all times, SALE AND CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. Sale/clearance items are marked by our red 'SALE' icon and are found under the 'SALE' category of our site.
ALL ITEMS SOLD DURING OUR BLACK FRIDAY EVENTS, YEAR END/NEW YEAR EVENTS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
