Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders take 1-3 Business Days to process. If an order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, please expect a delay, as orders are not processed on weekends and national holidays. Due to Covid, expect additional delays once packages are in the hands of carriers.
Q: How long does it take to process returns and exchanges?
A: Return and exchange times take 7-14 business days on average. Times vary depending on how quickly the return/exchange package is received and processed. Once your return package is received by our shipping and receiving team, please expect an email confirming your refund/exchange within 24-48 hours.
Q: Which items are final sale?
A: ALL items in the clearance section are final sale. Final sale items have a no return, no exchange policy. Store policy is strictly enforced for such items.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to many countries outside the US. Enter your shipping information at checkout, specify your country, and select the shipping service you need. It's as easy as that!

Q: What size should I get?
A: All of our clothes are true to size with a bit of stretch. Order your normal size. If you’re not sure of what size you are, use our size chart here or email us at email@example.com and we’ll measure the piece you’re interested in to give exact measurements.
Q: How long will it take to get to me?
A: We ship from Brooklyn, New York and Denver, Colorado. Most orders arrive within 1 week but during times of high volume, expect delays. If you want a more reliable delivery, select UPS as the shipping option at checkout.
Q: My event is next week/next day/etc do you have rush shipping?
A: Yes! If you’re in the NYC area, we can arrange for you to pick up items at our Brooklyn location. If you would like next day shipping, select UPS next day air or second day air at checkout. Orders purchased before 3PM EST will be shipped the same day.
Q. I received my item and it still doesn’t fit right. What can i do?
A We recommend taking the item to a tailor and getting alterations made. We will reimburse you for the cost of the tailor with store credit. Just email us the receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you store credit for the full amount.

Q: What is your return Policy?
A: We offer 60 day exchanges for unworn and in new condition items. Returns are only eligible for store credit only, but we will send 120% of your order value in store credit. Return policy applies unless otherwise specified during a special promotional period.
